CLUBHOUSE.

We have not been looked after very well in Ballywaltrim, Southern Cross, on Thursday nights since December and are examining alternatives venues.
One suggestion is to use Bray Head Tce. By closing doors between the two front rooms we can have a large changing room for the ladies and a smaller one for the men, with both having independent access to the kitchen and bathroom . No showers but no showers where we are at present for months now. If a change to this venue was considered a good idea we could arrange a couple of showers in time. Parking available in church grounds opposite. Financial saving to club as well.We will consider all options before any change is made, but comments, views or any viable alternatives will be considered. There will be NO change until further notification.

AGM
Some familiar faces elected to committee but with the welcome addition of Lorraine O,Rourke as hon secretary and Charlotte Stevens and Susan Dowd as committee members. Our thanks to Aoife Sweeney for her great work during the year, to Lar Doyle and Dolores Gilliland for their efforts on the 2012 committee and Noelle Thorpe and Christy Moloney for standing in as club captain during 2012. Minutes will be circulated shortly.

TRAINING
In addition to the usual Thurdays and Sunday training, we would like to draw your attention to a couple of informal training groups, three separate Saturday groups at different paces respectively led by Dominic, Richard and Jason, a week morning group led by Suzanne. We can make further informal groups to suit other paces, but not diluting the two main training days. Let us know when and what pace suits you and we can try and coordinate something.
We are also looking for someone to come forward to help organise tuesday track session.
