Training Times
Seniors:
Saturday 10am: Charlesland Running Track (Spring/Summer)
Tuesday 7pm: Shanganagh Park
Thursday 7pm: Shanganagh Park
Many members of the club participate in Parkrun at 9.30am on Saturday mornings in Shanganagh Park.
Once a month we also have a group of pacers at Parkrun who can help you get to your next goals. See Shanganagh Parkrun on Facebook for the dates - usually it's the first Saturday of the month.
Juveniles:
Training is up to 4 times a week depending on the age/ability.
Tuesdays:
Kilbogget Park
Younger group - 7-8pm
Older groups - 6.30-8.15pm
Thursdays:
Shoreline track, Greystones
7.30 -9pm
Saturdays:
Shoreline track, Greystones
9.30-9.55 - 11.30am
A technical session for our competitive athletes.
Sundays:
Under 11's and older (born 2015 or earlier)
9.20am. Typically a trail run in Wicklow. Must be able to run at least 5km non stop and primary schoolers must be accompanied by a parent.
An attendance form is sent out via WhatsApp every Sunday. This enables us to plan our groups (and coach numbers!) for the week. Please ensure that you have returned the form by 4pm on the day.
Please Note We may have to cancel age groups, or entire sessions, at short notice if we do not have enough coaches available to us, so please make sure to check your WhatsApp messages before attending training!!!
