Another great turnout at our Thursday training session, we had 30 athletes in the park tonight. Great to see Emer and Gary both fresh looking and well after their exploits in the Alps. We would like to welcome Audrey Power to our club, very impressive in training tonight and last Thursday, we are sure she will be a great asset to our club. Next Thursday we will have our 5k Club C/ship, (see earlier post) hope to see you all there.

A note from Bill,

Parkrun is a great inititiative and always a good opportunity to practice racing, have a good tempo workout, or just go for an all out race effort. Full details at www.parkrun.ie

CLUB 5K C/SHIPS, THURSDAY 22ND AUGUST.
