Fit4Life 2025 Graduation!

After a busy 8 week period, the 2025 Fit4Life Programme has come to an end.  This year we had 40 new partipants who joined use every Tuesday in Shanganagh park to either start or improve their running.   We were very lucky to be joined by multiple volunteers from Bray Runners who gave up their time to run with the programme participants.  We started off with small periods of running, follwed by walking and everyone was impressed with how quickly they improved.  On the 31st of May, lots of the gang joined us in Shanganagh Park and for some people it was their very first 5k!  We were delighted that everyone made it around the course and celebrated with gorgeous treats from Cathy and Tea/Coffee organised by Eamonn.  Bobby handed out the certificates to everyone who completed the programme.  Thank you to everyone who took part.  We'll run another Fit4Life course in Spring of 2026.

Our Club was founded in 1983 primarily as a marathon running club, however over the years we have introduced a juvenile section and cover a wide range of athletic disciplines.
