Coca's 5K 2019

Well done to all our athletes and our good friend Dessie Shorten who took part in the Cocas 5k earlier this evening. Paul Allen continued his amazing run, smashing yet another Pb, Paul ran 16.36, knocking 20 seconds off his previous best, recorded just 4 weeks ago. Not to be outdone Garrett Kelly also smashed his Pb, running 17.31, 26 seconds off his previous best.

Helen Murphy also recorded a new Pb, Helen ran an excellent 20.08. Jason O'Connor and Siobhan Butler both recorded Season's Best, Jason running 21.26 and Siobhan running 21.47. Gerry Keaty ran a tidy 20.50 and Paul Gannon was pleased with his 24.04. Great run from Dessie Shorten who ran 19.00 and was 1st in his age Category. Great running from all.
