Thursday 28th, Training news.
A great turn out for training last night, we were able to break into 5 separate groups, so there was something to suit all levels. All groups did some tempo running, varying in distance from 5mile to 4k. No official training next Thursday, Fit4life 5k will take place at 7.30pm. We would ask all those taking part to arrive early, 7pm, in order to register and warm up. IF YOU ARE NOT TAKING PART PLEASE COME ALONG TO HELP OUT WITH STEWARDING ETC.
Saturday long run, 9am, from Ashford Village. This weeks run will be 12 miles app.
