Course Info
Rectangular course, uniformly flat, with 150 metres of moderate hill. 5 mile is 1.6 laps, 3K is 0.6 lap. Hill occurs once in 5 mile and does not occur in 3K.

General Info
Changing facilities are available at Ballywaltrim Community Centre, Boghall Road, Bray. Take Bray South Exit off N.11.
T-Shirts for first 300 finishers, or commemorative medallion

Senior: 1st €500; 2nd €250; 3rd €125
O/35: 1st €150; 2nd €75; 3rd €50
O/40: 1st €150; 2nd €75; 3rd €50
O/50: 1st €80; 2nd €40; 3rd €20
O/60: 1st €60; 2nd €30; 3rd €20
For the Junior 3k race there will Sports Vouchers.
